Building an aquaculture web app for evolving business needs

Transforming a web-based analytics service and using AI to meet changing aquaculture industry demands

Overview

A B2B agri-tech startup needed a more robust data entry and analytics platform to better serve new business needs. As the sole full-time product designer, I led user research and design efforts and collaborated with various stakeholders to revamp the web product, connecting previously-fragmented features into a cohesive ecosystem to better serve changing business needs.

    Goal

Develop scalable tools to meet new business needs. Incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the overall product experience.

    Result

  • ~30% reduction in average project delivery time of in-house consultants, supported by new platform features.
